3/4 Cup crushed ice
3 cl Jamaican Rum (Aged)
3 cl Puerto Rican Rum (Gold)
1 cl 151 Proof Lemon Heart Demerara Rum
1 cl Lime juice, freshly squeezed
0,5 cl Falernum
1 Teaspoon Monin Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Monin Grenadine
2 Teaspoons Grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
1/8 Teaspoon Pernod
1 Dash Angostura® aromatic bitters

  • Fancy cocktail
  • Mint
  • Pour all ingredients in a blender, blend on high speed until the mixture is frothy. Pour into tall glass, add enough cracked ice to fill up the glass and decorate with mint leaves.
