5 cl Cognac
2 cl De Kuyper Orange Curaçao
2 Dashes Angostura® orange bitters

• Method:

  Fill a mixing glass to the brim with ice, pour in the ingredients and stir well. Once the ingredients have been thoroughly mixed and the mixture is ice cold, strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Take a thin strip of orange peel and spray the bitter oils from the skin onto the surface of the cocktail, twist and drop in.
