4 cl Catz® Dry Gin
2 cl Finest Call Sugar Syrup
2 cl Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
2 Dashes Angostura® orange bitters
Absinthe (to rinse)
Champagne (to top-up)

  • Combine the ingredients (except absinthe and champagne) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the drink is sufficiently chilled. Rinse a champagne flute with absinthe and strain the mixture into the champagne flute. Top off with champagne.
