1 cl Fresh cream (float)

  • Mixing glass
  • Z-stem Martini
  • Cape Gooseberry & chocolate
  • Orange, cacao powder & edible gold leaf

  • Pour all ingredients (except cream) into a mixing glass, filled with ice cubes. Stir thoroughly and strain the mixture into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Float cream on top and position decoration
