0,5 cl Finest Call Sugar Syrup sugar
1/4 Teaspoon De Kuyper Maraschino
3 cl Champagne
Pineapple, fresh, one small slice

  • Stir sugar and Angostura® aromatic bitters in the base of a cocktail shaker, adding whiskey and liqueur, then pineapple. Shake the mixture with crushed ice: once the ingredients have been thoroughly mixed and the mixture is cold, the mixture is then strained into a pre-chilled cocktail glass, and the champagne is added, on top.
