4,5 cl Pisco
2 cl Finest Call Sugar Syrup
3 cl Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 Raw egg white, from a small egg
3 Dashes Angostura® aromatic bitters

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Champagne flute
  • Fill up a cocktail shaker with large ice cubes. Pour and combine all ingredients (except the Angostura® aromatic bitters, in an ice filled shaker. Shake thoroughly for 15-18 seconds until the mixture is sufficiently chilled and strain into a pre-chilled champagne flute and dash the Angostura® aromatic bitters on top of the mixture
