2,5 cl De Kuyper Orange Curaçao
2,5 cl Lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 Dash Angostura® orange bitters

• Method:

  Fill a cocktail shaker to the brim with ice, pour in the ingredients and shake well. Once the ingredients have been thoroughly mixed and the mixture is ice cold, strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Take a thin strip of orange peel and spray the bitter oils from the skin onto the surface of the cocktail, then use a fresh strip of orange to decorate the cocktail
