3 cl Catz® Dry Gin
3 cl Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
1 Teaspoon Monin Grenadine
1 Dash Absinthe

  • Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Shake for a slow count of ten or until the outside of the shaker frosts up. Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled glass.
