4 cl Cognac
2 cl Red Vermouth
2 cl Orange Juice
2 Dashes Grand Marnier

• Method:

  Fill a cocktail shaker to the brim with ice, pour in the ingredients and shake well. Once the ingredients have been thoroughly shaken and the mixture is ice cold, strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Take a thin strip of orange peel and spray the bitter oils from the skin onto the surface of the cocktail, twist and drop in.
