0,75 cl Trader Vic’s Grenadine
3 cl Half & Half Cream
1 Dash Frothee

Frothee Creamy Head for Cocktails is a liquid bar product that, if shaken along with fruit juices provides cocktails with a rich creamy head. This product was particularly popular amongst bartenders in the 70s and 80s but has been pushed into the background totally by professional bartenders.

  • Pour ingredients in a cocktail shaker, filled with ice cubes. Shake thoroughly, strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass and present. Serve ungarnished.
