2 cl Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
2,5 cl Mozart White Chocolate
1,7 cl Monin Elderflower
0,3 cl Monin Maple Spice
0,5 cl Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • Tahitian vanilla bean, white chocola & caramelized macadamia nut
  • Cut a vanilla pod in half lengthwise and remove the marrow. Melt the white chocolate au-bain-marie, then add the finely ground macadamia nuts and the vanilla marrow to the white chocolate, reheat and stir the mixture for a few minutes. Apply the mixture to another vanilla bean, cool down in the refrigerator and after cooling down apply the vaniila bean to the cocktail as decoration.

    Muddle lemon glass in a cocktail shaker, add all other liquid ingredients, then add plenty of ice cubes and shake the mixture thoroughly. Double strain into pre-chilled cocktail glass, arrange decoration, present and serve.
