2 cl Galliano
2 cl Black coffee, hot
2 cl Cream, whipped

  • In a shot glass, first pour in the Galliano, then gently pour in the coffee. Hold a bar spoon just above the surface of the Galliano and carefully add the coffee to the spoon. Once the coffee floats on the liqueur, top it off with the cream, using the bar spoon as well and serve.
