Hot Egg Nog Villa d’Este

3 cl Angostura® 5 Year Old
3 cl Brandy
7 cl Milk, hot
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon sugar

• Mixing Technique: Build
• Glass: Flute
• Garnish: Nutmeg
• Method:

  Whisk the egg thoroughly with the sugar. Boil the milk and add to the egg & sugar mixture. Stir well, add the brandy and rum and stir once more. Garnish with nutmeg.
