3 cl Jalapeno-infused Boulard Calvados VSOP (4 slices of green jalapeno shaken with the calvados for about 10 minutes)
3 cl Monin Pur Sucre de Canne
3 cl Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Watermelon, fresh, 2 chunks

Muddle the watermelon, add all other ingredients. Shake and double strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with fresh watermelon chunk.
