Gin Basil Smash

6 cl Catz® Dry Gin
2 cl Monin Pur Sucre de Canne
2,5 cl Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Basil, fresh (3, 4 sprigs)

• Mixing Technique: Shaker & build
• Glass: Lowball
• Decoration: Basil
• Method:

  Muddle basil vigorously with the lemon juice, then shake all ingredients and double-strain on fresh ice cubes
