1 cl Mattoni Mineral water, Still
1 cl Cido apple juice
0,5 cl Monin Passion Fruit Purée
0,5 cl Monin Spicy Mango
2 cl Mango, fresh
Mint, 1 leaf
Basil, 1 leaf

  • Blender
  • Goblet
  • Spruce, whiskey, anise, cinnamon, clove & rosemary
  • Mix all ingredients with a blender and pour into small goblet. Serve on a stone plate, the plate being decorated with two small boughs of spruce and a tiny jar, filled with 1 cl of whiskey, anise, cinnamon, clove and rosemary. After flaming this mixture close the lid for a few minutes and open, immediately after serving the drink, in order for all the aromas to accompany the fragrances of the cocktail
