Mix all ingredients with a blender and pour into small goblet. Serve on a stone plate, the plate being decorated with two small boughs of spruce and a tiny jar, filled with 1 cl of whiskey, anise, cinnamon, clove and rosemary. After flaming this mixture close the lid for a few minutes and open, immediately after serving the drink, in order for all the aromas to accompany the fragrances of the cocktail
In the year 2013, a young Estonian named Mihkel Kahn started his bartending career in a nightclub named Café Amigo, situated right in the city near to the old town of Tallinn.
Just for four months, he would move to one of the best cocktail bars Tallinn has to offer, the Butterfly Lounge, a local hot spot in which he still tends bar today.
In a short period, Mihkel competed in seven cocktail competitions, ranking top three in four of them. His first win was the Estonian Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Competition, rewarding him to present his local bartender's association, EBA, during the 2017 edition of Mattoni Grand Drink in Prague, in which he seized fifth place with his Signature Cocktail Freshterday.
