  • Swirl the sherry in a thoroughly chilled Martini glass. Make sure the glass is well coated by the sherry. Pour out the excess of the sherry. Take some orange peel, squeeze it, lighting the essence with a match. Allow the essence to drip into the glass. Do so for about 7-8 times. Stir the vodka over ice in a mixing glass, then strain into the Martini glass. Use two more flamed orange twists and garnish with an orange peel.
