2 cl Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
Lime, fresh (6 wedges)
2 Bar spoons of Demerara sugar
3 Dashes Angostura® aromatic bitters
120 ml Coca -Cola
3 cl Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum, to float

  • Muddle the lime wedges in a tall glass, together with the Demerara sugar and Angostura® aromatic bitters. Add 2 cl Havana Club Añejo 3 Años, give this mixture a quick stir and fill up the glass till the top with ice cubes. Add Coca-Cola and pour 3 cl of Wray Nephew White Overproof Rum “on top”. Garnish with a few hunks of lime.
