1,5 cl Campari
3 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
12,5 cl Prosecco
Orange, twist

• Mixing Technique: Build
• Glass: Champagne flute
• Garnish: Orange
• Method:

  Add the Campari and grapefruit bitters to a Champagne flute. Top up with Prosecco, stir gently to combine, finish with small twist of orange and serve immediately
