4 cl Brandy
2 Dashes De Kuyper Curaçao
3 or 4 Dashes Monin Pur Sucre de Canne
1 Dash of Boker’s bitters
1 Dash lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • Moisten the rim of the glass with lemon and dip in sugar, so that the sugar will adhere to the edge of the glass. Peel a lemon into a 8-10 centimeters long peel and position the length of the peel inside the glass, along the rim, so that it lines the entire glass. Pour the lemon juice, simple syrup, curaçao and brandy in the mixing glass filled with large ice cubes. Shake well and serve the Brandy Crusta in a glass filled one-third full of shaved ice.
