6 cl Pisco (preferably from Chile)
3 cl Strawberry Reàl
2 cl Finest Call Sugar Syrup
1 cl Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Basil, 3 leaves

In an Old-Fashioned glass add the strawberry puree, basil leaves, lemon juice,sugar syrup, mashing them against the side of the glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes and then pour the measure of pisco. Garnish with a few drops of lemon juice and a basil sprig on the surface of the mixture.
