Fill a large mixing glass with ice cubes and stir thoroughly, to pre-chill the mixing glass, then discard the melted ice water. Pour the and gin and vermouth over the ice, squeeze 2, three lemon twists into the mixing glass, and again stir the mixture thoroughly. Strain and serve in a pre-chilled cocktail glass, frosted with a sugar-coated rim and garnish with lemon spiral.
