5 cl Plymouth Gin
1,5 cl De Kuyper Blackberry
2,5 cl Monin Pur Sucre de Canne
1,5 cl Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Fill an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice. Shake gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and strain the mixture into the glass. Then lace the crème de mûre on top of the drink, creating a cascading effect of the liqueur passing down through the crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and two blackberries.
