4 cl Citron Vodka
2 cl De Kuyper Blue Curaçao
5 cl Consommé clear cranberry juice*
1,5 cl Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
* Consommé clear cranberry juice, the process:
Bring 5 g of agar, 100 ml water and 1L of cranberry juice to the boil.
Let cool, add one capsule of charcoal, stir and then put into a freezer.
Once frozen place cranberry brick into a funnel lined with cheese cloth and let the mixture thaw through the filters. Now collect completely clear cranberry juice in another vessel.
This consommé process allows the juice to retain absolutely none of the color, but the entire flavor maintains.

Shake ingredients and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange zest, adding aroma to the cocktail, and decorate with lime (or lemon)
