6 cl Linie Aquavit
6 cl Tomato juice
1,5 cl Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 cl Tomato shrub, homemade*
10 Drops Forest bitters, homemade**
Salt and pepper

*Tomato shrub
Muddle ten snack tomatoes and a small chilli pepper. Heat in a pan with one cup of sugar and 60 ml sherry vinegar. Store in a canning jar and cover tightly. Refrigerate at least one night before use (up to one month).
**Forest Bitters
Pour 75 ml high-proof liquor, at least 50% alcohol by volume (ABV), preferably grain alcohol, in a vial. Combine five oak wood chips, ten juniper berries, five sprigs of coriander, two sprigs of thyme, two violets, dried lemon peel, half a teaspoon of cocoa and five drops of liquid smoke and infuse all ingredients together in the liquor. Close the vial and infuse for at least three days before use.

  • Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and roll five times. Fine strain into a skull glass filled with ice. If possible, use a cocktail smoker with hickory woodchips for added affect and aroma. Garnish with cherry tomato and thyme sprigs.
