5 cl Ararat 5* Armenian Brandy
10 cl Pomegranate juice, freshly prepared
3 cl Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 cl Honey syrup, homemade (4:1)
1 Barspoon apricot marmalade
Ginger beer

  • Muddle, cocktail shaker & build
  • Highball
  • Apricot (dried), pomegranate & mint
  • Muddle the apricot marmalade together with the honey syrup in a cocktail
    shaker. Add lemon juice, pomegranate juice and Armenian brandy and shake
    meticulously. Strain the mixture in a highball glass or large tumbler, filled with shaved
    ice, top up with ginger beer and decorate with apricot, pomegranate & mint.
