5 cl Pineapple juice, freshly prepared
3 cl Passion Fruit Reàl
2 cl Lime Juice, fresh
2 cl Monin Pur Sucre de Canne
3 Dashes Angostura® aromatic bitters, “on top”
Mint leaf, 8 –10 pieces

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Lowball
  • Passion fruit
  • Shake all the ingredients, except Angostura® aromatic bitters and fine strain in a large cocktail glass. Carefully pour Angostura® aromatic bitters over the mixture.
